I’m a writer to the bone, always have been, always will be. But I’ve also struggled with depression and suicidal attempt. My desire, is to help others with depression out there through my writing. Here I plan to create a space where talented writers, aspiring writers, and people struggling with depression-related problems can come together peacefully.
A lot of things I write are interpreted as being dark or alarming, and because of this, a few who know me have dubbed me, ‘Poe’s Successor.’ And while I don’t plan on ending my life in a similar way as he did, I do hope to inspire others as his work has inspired me.
I am fourteen years old, a freshman in high-school, and already a published author. I want to meet other writers out there, both new and accomplished.
